I was once clowned because of my belief that the fullness of deity could, supposedly, be contained within a mere human being. Of course, Christians don't believe that the infinite deity is contained within and circumscribed by human flesh. Rather, the fullness of deity "dwells bodily", as the Apostle Paul says. Or to put it another way, the fullness of deity is conjoined to a human nature in the person of Jesus. What are the implications of this for you and me?
