Ironman, Luke Skywalker, Katniss Everdeen. Superheros abound. We always admire an individual who displays courage and sacrifice in the pursuit of the greater good, especially when the hero faces incredibly long odds. But did you know that there was no more difficult challenge ever met, no more sinister monster ever beaten than this: being born under the Law, needing to obey the Law, and needing to defeat the Law? Most of our movies reveal sad caricatures of heroes, but we find in Christ the strength of a real hero, and we discover something else. In the heroism of Christ, we find a leader that we can follow.
