Romans 13:8-10
All You Owe Is Love

There's an interesting question presented to us in Romans 13:8-10. Paul exhorts Christians to "Owe no one anything, except to love each other..." Paul tells us that we owe others our love as though it were a debt. This seems to be a very strange way to describe love. And so the question is, how is love a debt? And then further on, Paul cites Leviticus and says that we are to, "Love others as [we] love [ourselves]." So now we are left with two questions: how is love a debt, and how does loving others relate to loving ourselves? Follow along as Pastor Josh unpacks these questions.
